Through the door at last.

- Do you smoke? If so how many cigarettes a day?
- Do you drink a lot? If so what do you drink and how much?
- In addition to the medications in your file, are you doing any drugs whether recreational or medicinal? What about health foods, diet supplements, that kind of thing?
